Is it possible to register a domain "porn" since "porn" is not a word with obscene content, but taking into account that this domain will not be an obscene resource?
This issue should be approached with extreme caution. The word "porn" is a commonly used word. Whether this word violates humane and moral principles is determined by the context in which it is used. Registering such a domain name does not necessarily imply a violation of society's moral principles; it is only implied. One such weak argument could be user interest. In this case, user expectations are exploited to promote the domain (and, consequently, the business behind it)—or, more accurately, they could be misled. In business, such an action could be considered unfair competition. However, the weakness of this argument is that it is very difficult to find a genuine interest in stopping such domain activity. Therefore, before registering "porno.uz," "sex.uz," and similar domains, you should think very carefully. It is not recommended to register such domains. They are considered "dangerous domains." It is better to register a domain that corresponds to the activity (business) and build a good brand out of it. (Samandar Atoyev answered this question)
