Today, July 29, marks a significant milestone as UZINFOCOM celebrates 24 years of contributing to the development of Uzbekistan's digital infrastructure. The national .UZ domain continues to demonstrate steady growth. As of July 2026, the number of registered domain names has exceeded 160,000, reflecting the growing interest of businesses, government organizations, and individual users in the national domain space.

ICANN has announced the upcoming DNSSEC Root Key Signing Key (KSK) Rollover, scheduled for 11 October 2026.

Representatives of the .UZ Domain Administration took part in the 86th ICANN Forum, held in Seville, Spain, which brought together members of the global Internet community to discuss current issues related to Internet development, the domain industry, and policymaking in the field of Internet governance.
